My new husband and I were staying at the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.
At about 2am we woke up to a baby crying non-stop in the room next to us. We were in a room with one of those adjoining doors so we knew it was coming from that room.
We called the front desk to see if they could move us ( it’s not the parents fault, babies cry). However, we never heard back from the front desk. Baby is still crying.
We were so tired we ended up falling asleep.
Next morning we stopped at the front desk to see if the people with the baby were staying another night and if so can they move us.
Desk manager then says, ” there were no guests staying in either of the rooms next to you.”
